A guided meditation and followed by a Q&A session. The purpose of this practice is to learn to quiet the mind in order to make a connection with Source and allow us to move towards an experience of greater well-being. 

 

Allan Hendrickson, is a former student of Ram Das.  Allan has also traveled to Dharmasala India and met with the Dalai Lama.  Over the years a few individuals have shared the following benefits from engaging in this practice.
