Up, the Movie Sunday August 27th at 1:15 As a boy, Carl Fredricksen wanted to explore South America and find the forbidden Paradise Falls. About 64 years later he gets to begin his journey along with Boy Scout Russell by lifting his house with thousands of balloons. They go on the adventure of a life and are offered several opportunities to rise up and overcome challenges, by opening up to faith, looking beyond appearance and being moved by their inner voices. This movie although geared towards the eyes of a child, demonstrates the spiritual power that can be achieved by activating our spiritual gifts and allowing them to guide. Join us on an adventure of a life. Time. Envisioning Town Hall Meeting Sunday August 20th at 1 pm Visioning is the first step in the creative process. On Sunday afternoon August 28th at 1 pm we will be restarting our Envisioning Town Hall meetings. Many of the unique features of our property and our events calendar have been manifested by this process: the Labyrinth, the stain glass window and the design of the sanctuary; the design of our bookstore, kitchen, and fellowship. These meetings have been and will be the first step in creating the future of Unity Spiritual Life Center of Oklahoma City. Would you join please join us in this creative process? Step boldly into the creative vortex to help form and shape a Spiritual Community that will nurture and draw out what is deep within us all.  Stephen Hawking and The Theory of Everything Sunday August 13th at 1:15 pm Stephen Hawking was a legendary scientist who had a very unique concept of how the universe working. Trying to unify Einstein’s theory of relativity and quantum mechanics, he sought to provide a single explanation of how the universe worked on multiple layers of our physical and spiritual plans of existence. Taking this unique idea of our quantum reality, we might find a starting place on how we create a universe of our choosing, by influencing the photons and neutron with the energy of our thoughts. His theories are mind blowing and are actually very similar to the way Unity sees the spiritual dimension our reality works. Little was expected from Stephen Hawking, a bright but lazy student of cosmology, when he was given just two years to live following the diagnosis of a fatal illness at 21 years of age. Then he experienced the power of quantum field of love and it changed everything. Stephen Hawking, who is a renown atheist, actually proves that God’s Existence. Amazing stuff!
