If you’ve been waiting for just the right occasion to sport that hat that’s been languishing in your closet, now is the time to dig it out! Unleash the flamboyance that is hiding within you–in a socially acceptable, environmentally safe way, of course. Wear your hat on Sunday, November 9th. Be silly, crazy, and / or stylish. Perhaps there’s a hat from a Halloween past you’re fond of–or you could even take a drab, sensible hat and make it shine by adding a few decorations! There will be prizes awarded for outstanding entries
