When I finished my training in Healing Touch I learned of a couple techniques that focused on the energy flowing through the Id Point, which is 10 to 12 inches above the Crown Charka. In those techniques I could feel Life, Radiant Life, flowing through me. I felt all charged up with energy and life and wonder! Wow.
