Life Transition and the many choices It presents
Come share your questions and concerns about EOL issues with a team of professional caregivers with extensive experience in Life Transitions. A team of Funeral Directors, Hospice Ministers, and Death Doula Caregivers will explore an overview of their many experiences with End-of-Life Care and Management. An open-ended question and answer period will follow exercises used in seldom expressed issues. This kitchen table conversation will be presented by Dr. Cheryl Mackin, Brother Ed Salisbury, and Elizabeth Kondor.
