Soul Moving Meditation With Dana Carpenter

In meditation, we become aware of the “Life Force Energy” that flows into us from God’s great home. We learn to direct this life energy into the body to increase feelings of gratitude, healing and peace.
If you’re looking for a class on meditation or a support group to help you with your meditation discipline, this is it. The are various levels of experience involved. As you progress in your meditation discipline Dana will share insights into the techniques of Krya Yoga- a discipline taught by Paramahansa Yogananda and his disciples Audley Allison and Roy Eugene Davis.
A beginners group starts at 6 pm and at 7 the whole group comes together from various class to share in a common meditation experience
