The Spiritual Faculty of Will, Will is the Man!

“It's not the will to win that matters...everyone has that. It's the will to prepare to win that matters.” Paul “Bear” Bryant
We have often heard the old axiom, “Where there is a will, there is a way”. The will is the man. It is that place where the imagination meets the inner I Am. But what is the will? There is Divine will which shows us the path to take to make life easier. Then there is human will which has to be mustered in order to accomplish any goal.
I like what coach Bear Bryant said about the will. “It's the will to prepare to win that matters.” In that preparation we find a spark of the divine within ourselves. We are willing to conceive of something greater than ourselves and follow through with the means to fulfill it.
Last month my family and I moved to the town of Guthrie. It has been a wonderful experience. Along with finding a house is the means to pay for it. We are renting to own, we simply must come up with the money to pay the mortgage. While Becky studies for her boards to get into nursing, I have to come up with a way to make money in addition to the disability check I receive. And here is where the will enters in. I have the will to accomplish great things. I know that my writing will someday pay off and I'll afford to support my family on my words. But there is more to it than that. I want to prosper. A look at my life and my dreams shows me that becoming a Life Coach is a worthy means to accomplish my dreams. So I plan to take Mary Morrissey's course.
My desire to achieve is strong. I must be willing to follow that dream and see it come to fruition. I have to step out of my comfort zone and reach for the stars. Surely, Mary Morrissey can train me to accomplish whatever I put my mind to. Her training provides a framework to be a Life Coach as well as to establish yourself in business. It is the complete package.
How will I know when I've prospered? I will have met my needs and some of my wants. I will have tapped into Divine will and allowed Spirit to guide me. I will have stepped aside from my personal will it’s beliefs in my restriction into an awareness that can achieve something greater. That is what life is all about. Giving of myself in a way that empowers others to do the same is truly my heart's desire. It is why I write.
I believe that the will is that part of you that embraces the Divine. It is where your imagination and the I Am meet. If the I Am in you is you at the point of God, and the faculty of will is that place where the greater I Am and your human desires meet. You can truly accomplish anything if you have Divine Will inspiring you to do it. Where there is a will, there is definitely a way. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to, your will to.
